He was a Public Safety Officer for the City of Oakwood, retiring as Lieutenant in 1999 after 29 years of service and was currently a Realtor with CoIdwell Banker. Mr. Luckett graduated from Chaminade High School in 1961, was a Navy Veteran, belonged to K of Council 4022. F. 0. P. #107, DABR, NAR, OAR, and was a former member of Box 21. We were very fortunate to have known and worked with Jim and he will be sorely missed.
